1. The service
ArtBind is a catalog of trading cards focused on their illustrators. It lets you browse cards and, with an account, track your collection and plan binders. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. One account is for one person.
You can close your account at any time by writing to the contact address below. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when the law allows it.
3. Your collection and binders
What you record (holdings, binders, display name) stays yours. You allow us to store and display it to you in order to run the service. Binders are private to your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to break or bypass the site’s security, overload it (for example with automated bulk requests), access other people’s accounts, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Catalog information
Card data, images and illustrator credits come from public sources and our own review. They may be incomplete or wrong; some credits are marked as unverified. The catalog is provided for reference and is not an official list from any publisher.
Prices and links to other websites, when shown, are for information only. Those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or sales.
6. Intellectual property
Cards, illustrations and trademarks belong to their owners (see the legal notice). You may not reuse images or data from the site beyond personal, non-commercial use without the rights holders’ permission.
7. Price of the service
The service is currently free. If paid features are offered later, their price, conditions, withdrawal right and refund terms will be shown before any purchase, and you will not be charged without your explicit agreement.
8. Availability and liability
We try to keep the site available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of the catalog. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site before they apply. These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts are those designated by law.
